    Many people dream of a house in the village. First, you need to decide how the layout of a village house will look like, and only after that, start creating a project.

    An example of the project and layout of a village house

    Having chosen a site, it is necessary to register it with the local municipality, after which, and if something else is being built, then be sure to include it in the project. Now this scheme needs to be submitted for approval. The approved project and documents of the registered plot should be submitted to the municipality for approval. And only after it is approved, the construction can begin.

    The main stages have been passed, but during construction, nuances and issues will arise that also need to be addressed. You can order a project of a village house in an architectural bureau or a construction organization. There are those who can create a building project and implement it. It can be more expensive than hiring multiple developers, but easier.

    Simple project of a village house

    This is because the house will be built by one organization, and they most often give ready-made projects for free. This does not mean that the projects are bad. Free in this case is a gift if the house will be built by that company. Before the foundation is laid, you need to think about how it will look, taking into account the area of the building itself.

    The layout of the house includes:

    1. House height, number of floors,.
    2. Necessarily pipes for heating and sewerage.
    3. if there is one.
    4. Location and dimensions of additional buildings in the courtyard of the house.
    5. Entrance to the house.
    1. Location of rooms on floors.
    2. Pipes. Carrying out sewer pipes and pipes for heating.
    3. The location of all windows and doors.
    4. Annex building. What size it should be and where it should be located.
    5. The thickness of the walls (this depends on the material from which the house will be).

    Perhaps.

    Project of a country house made of logs with an attic

    To do this, you need to know the rules for creating projects. There are many programs for the computer and online services... Both can help. All the points mentioned above will need to be included in the created project of the house. It is necessary to take into account all the questions that arise. Otherwise, for example, the pipes will not fit in their designated place. It is worth leaving this to the professionals, though.

    Experts know better where it is better to round the corner, and where to make a straight line. On their account are various projects of village houses, projects of one-story private houses and planning projects with an extension, heating and everything else.

    Reconstruction or build

    If there is a basement in the house, then it is necessary to calculate the height of the foundation. Hire an excavator, dig holes for the foundation and for the sewer. Only after that the foundation is laid according to the project of the house.
    After the foundation, the walls of the house are erected. It is necessary to erect them, leaving space for windows and doors.

    3D layout of a small village house

    The walls inside the house should be erected together with the main load-bearing walls. Wood is often used instead of brick. will take less time, and you will have to spend a lot of money. Wood as a material for construction is an expensive pleasure. The appearance of such houses is amazing and resembles houses in rustic style... Wooden houses are harder to build according to the project. When necessary, a brick can be broken, and a log house with a diameter of half a meter will have to be sawed.

    The exterior of the rustic wooden house is simply gorgeous. Not everyone will understand this, therefore, projects of village houses are not very popular. Having left for the outback, it is easy to find a village house. They are usually many years old. Therefore, such houses with a plot of land are bought either for restoration or rebuilt. If the purchased plot is large enough, then you can put another house on it.

    Project and layout of a classic old wooden house

    And the procedure with bypassing and collecting the necessary papers will have to be repeated "inside and out." If the rebuilding of the house begins, then it will be easier with the paperwork. The first step is to check the strength of the supporting structures; for this it is better to invite a specialist. He will check everything and tell you what needs to be done. Finding such a specialist is not difficult.

    It is best to start with the reconstruction of the foundation - it could have collapsed over many years. Next, you need to check the walls.

    Outside the walls you can cover it up, but inside you will see everything possible problems... After checking the walls, the roof must be checked. everything is simpler: its basis is a wooden frame. You can figure out whether it is whole or not, just by carefully examining it. Now it remains to decide on the financial part of the issue and calculate future costs.

    Construction technology

    You can build a house from:

    • panels;
    • aerated concrete blocks;
    • sawdust concrete blocks;
    • expanded clay concrete blocks.

    The choice is really great. The price is also very different. Each material for building a house is very different in structure, quality and characteristics, but another difference is in the technology of building a house. Many people love wood, so the technology of building a wooden house will be considered.
    There are two types of wood for building a house: a bar and a log. Here it is necessary to consider - a bar is cheaper than a log, but how much it will be needed is unknown.

    The log looks much more massive and more exclusive. When the foundation is ready for further construction, insulation is laid under the first row, after which the row itself is laid out. Any excess insulation sticking out from under the wall can be removed. Then gradually.

    At the joints in the logs, grooves are made, which are placed on the previous log. For greater stability, a small notch is made along all the logs. It turns out that the log seems to fit into the previous one, which gives greater stability to the walls. The logs are tied together at the joints. Each log must be treated with an antiseptic against decay, mold and the rest. There is a bioseptic and a fire retardant - all these means will help to avoid or get rid of everything that can spoil the tree.

    After the end of the collection, when the process has reached the roof, the problem of crevices arises. They can appear, even if the logs are the most even and docked, like parts of the designer. To solve the problem, tow is sold in any hardware store. In the old days they used moss, but now there is not so much of it. With tow, adhesive tape is often used with a heat-insulating bundle. When tamping into the slots, the tapes must be intertwined and pushed into the slot with a spatula.

    Then carefully grease this seam, and then remove the excess. The heat leakage problem will be solved.
    Roof options are different. You need to choose the one you like best. Most often they use the simplest and most reliable option. Assembling it according to the drawing will not be a problem. But with what to cover the roof of a wooden house - it is necessary to compare prices, quality and possibilities.

    Building your own home is a rather demanding and difficult undertaking. However, there are advantages here as well. Self-built housing will be of higher quality and more comfortable. And what could be better than this, especially in a country house, when this city bustle is so tired.

    DIY instructions for building a wooden house

    1. The first thing you need to decide on is the material from which you will build your house. That is, we choose one of the two, either wood or stone. Wood is a cheaper material, and most importantly, living in such a house will be much more comfortable.
    2. We make special grooves in the hewn logs. This will allow, by laying them crosswise, to obtain a strong connection. We fold them until we get the required height. But at the same time, it is also worth noting the fact that even though you get really reliable styling, there will still be gaps between the logs. They can be caulked with any fibrous material. That is, you can use tow, and straw and dried moss. This way you can close all the cracks.
    3. The next step will be to build a roof. It is recommended to make it gable, since it can take much less effort to create it, and most importantly, it will cost you much less compared to more sophisticated roof options.
    4. We cover the space between the walls with logs, after which we make the roof slopes. Smooth beams from the ends of the walls must be strengthened in such a way that they close with each other in the middle of the space. Now we need to make the flooring. We choose the material to taste and lay the floor for the attic.
    5. The slope must be made steep and even, which will allow the water to drain freely during rain, and there will be no drifts in case of snow.
    6. We install the windows of the door. This work can be done depending on your preferences. But in any case, they must be strong and sturdy.
    7. You should also not forget about the basement, as in winter period it will be warm enough for storing vegetables, as well as preparations, and in the summer period it will be quite cool, which will allow you to keep refreshing drinks and perishable food here.

    In the villages, townships, suburbs, there are now many empty houses.

    Most of them are now bought by the townspeople for summer cottages. They are used only in summer, in the garden, and in winter, when everything is covered with snow, these houses are, in fact, homeless. These dachas are bought by people with little knowledge of the buildings, and I would like to give such buyers some advice.

    The building is characterized by very good insulation. The same material was used for the external insulation of the walls, but in this case the layer was twice as thin. The walls were additionally insulated from the inside with hard glass mats. Wool has also been used to insulate the roof. Thanks to these treatments, heating the building will turn out to be very inexpensive, and primarily it will be responsible for the electric floor heating, which is additionally assisted by a cast iron stove. In addition, the building will be equipped with electricity, water and sewerage.

    It will be finished with painted and painted cardboard drywall. The panels will be laid on the floor and the tiles will be in the bathroom. The cottage will also have two terrace windows measuring 2 x 2.3 m, as well as one bathroom and a kitchen window. The structure has been prepared in such a way as to minimize the amount of waste and waste in the material.

    The first thing to pay attention to is this is the roof. Thin promises some disorders, not only in the form of drops and smudges on the walls and ceiling, but also in the form of rotten beams and rafters. Even for an experienced owner who is able to hold a saw and an ax in his hands, it is important to know the condition of the roof in advance. Initially, you can inspect the house at any time, but determine the final price adjustment for the purchase after a rain, especially a heavy one. Already he will reveal all the flaws in the roof.

    This cheap house will be built in Legionowo near Warsaw in a few months

    The most popular materials will be used during construction and it will only take a few days. Designers want such houses to be built as much as possible more people so they want to provide correct instruction... However, in order to implement this project, you must first support it on the support page. You can buy a brick at a cost of PLN 10, but it is most profitable to support a project in the amount of PLN 100 or 150. Those who prefer to pay lower amounts will receive a construction guide with complete list building materials and their price list, as well as precise drawings with the dimensions of boards, boards and other elements.

    No need to meticulously tap the walls inside the premises, look for mold. If you wish, all this can be left for last. And first, without wasting time, climb into the attic and look for wet places there. Pay the main attention to the walls, it is necessary that the upper crown (also called blank) be dry. If it is wet, chop the log; with a prolonged drip, it probably rotted. It can be pierced not only with a nail, but also with your finger. If this log has turned into dust, it means that the lower two or three logs are also seriously ill, and from the outside they may look quite solid, but rot is spreading inside. The rafters are attached to the idle crown, in fact - the entire roof, on the next crown - the ceiling. Rotting logs is very dangerous. Indeed, to replace unusable logs, you need to open the roof, at best, cut out the rotten one and insert new segments instead of the cut one. All this can only be done by a specialist, but not alone.

    This is a small investment that will allow you to build your own home in the future. The villages in Warsaw reminded Kazia and Jacques of how they grew and grew. They came to Warsaw to study in small towns in central Poland and then stayed here for work and got married. With the difficult period of renting apartments during their studies, they drew useful conclusions for themselves. They made sure that they would definitely prefer to live in a country house, where life is different from life in the capital. And for this purpose they have allocated a mortgage loan.

    There was little credit, so our investors were made into conscious choices and compromises. Thanks to neighboring cooperation, connecting electricity and water from a distance of 160 meters was not as expensive as predicting preliminary calculations for individual families. Due to the lack of sewerage, all neighbors have built their own cesspool.

    If the roof is leaking in the middle, then this also does not decorate the roof, but it is less dangerous, since it is easier to strengthen rotten rafters and beams. And if the ceiling boards are rotten, then this is not a problem at all: in extreme cases, the rotten can be sewn up with boards from inside the room. This, of course, will ruin the appearance, but the ceiling will serve like new. And if you know how to darn, you can make decorative or arrange a suspended ceiling, close the darning with a chandelier, and so on.

    We are happy to make a decision, as the heating system works without any disturbance and there are no problems with its installation. We know that not everyone does this at once. Fortunately, our equipment and everything technical specifications were calculated ideally for the needs of our building. That is why we do not regret the measures we have given and we will repeat this decision in the next house.

    They did the same with the installation central vacuum cleaner... High costs for expensive heating systems, roof covered ceramic tiles, as well as on the solid insulation of the building from heat loss led to the fact that some important Finishing work were performed only after the move.

    From the attic immediately go down into the underground. You can inspect the logs adjacent to the ground at any other time, but after the rain, the flaws may be more visible, as in the attic, you will see where it drips onto the wall. It may happen that the water flowing down the wall spoils the lower rims most of all, where the dampness from the ground lasts longer. Pay special attention to this. The ground underground near the logs should be dry, and if it is wet, then the logs must be rotten. To be convinced of this, you can hammer a nail into the log, but most often rotten logs settle under the weight of the house, and this is immediately visible.

    At first, only the first floor is "active"

    After careful and final finishing, the attic is replaced in places - household members move to the upper floor, then the final makeup is applied to the first floor of the building. Owners rather discourage others from following them and advise doing so much work before moving. But yourself, looking from economic side didn't have a better choice.

    “The detachment of the attic took only three months, and we also simplified it in several ways,” says Kasia. - First of all, we hired family builders to do our homework so that no one would interfere with our family life with tiny children and safety. Secondly, the entrance to the attic was closed with an impromptu wall designed for decoration, which protected the first floor from dust and noise. The inconspicuous wall turned out to be a great solution.

    After that, you can go around the house, preferably retreating from it by 20-30 meters, or even more. See if the ridge of the roof is straight, its plumb lines, if the house itself is standing straight. A lowered angle usually indicates rotten logs, sagging foundations.

    Pay attention to what the roof is covered with and how many times. I have seen chip roofs that have rotted and are additionally covered with tar paper or roofing felt. A very unreliable roof! Roofing board on chips quickly deteriorates, it is very difficult to patch up such a roof, it is safer to do it again. Is such a skin worth the candle? Old slate is also unreliable, especially thin: due to old age, it becomes fragile. Best of all is an iron roof, albeit not of the first freshness. It is easier to patch it up, including holes. All you need is old rags and Oil paint... Individual cracks and small holes in the slate can be removed with a cement mortar and the same rags. In this case, the slate is cleaned of dirt and dust, covered with a cement solution, a rag soaked in a cement solution and smoothed out.

    During the work, the owners came up with the idea of using the space above the garage as a laundry, ironing and business premises. From the bathroom adjacent to this room were pulled water pipes and sewer pipes and electric mats were installed on the floor as heating. Thus, the room, previously treated only as an unheated storage room, has become a functional and irreplaceable place in every family home. Today it is the pride of the owners, because without her, the house would be less comfortable.

    Plastered the White house, gable roof covered with a pale red roof, a large covered terrace supported by stone columns of extraordinary beauty, and in the distance the view from above is covered with sun. The soul of most of us strives for an idyllic and peaceful life in such a place? Obviously, some people shouldn't miss.

    In addition to a roof over your head, the house must be warm, only then the necessary coziness is created even in a modest room, not rich and simple. See if there is a pipe near the stove. Yes Yes! Older houses may not have roof chimneys. There is a stove, Swedish or Russian, but the pipe itself is not. And if there is, then did the birds build nests in it? The phenomenon, alas, is also frequent. Due to the fact that the previous owners came to the dacha only in the summer and only in the daytime, they did not heat the stove and the birds reliably mastered the chimney, having raised chicks for one generation in it.

    A family of two teenage children who lived in the very center of the city in a non-functional apartment in an old apartment building... When the kids started growing and the apartment got tough, the parents decided it was time to make their own home with a garden. Show us how you live, inspire another Lydia, our reader, send us pictures of your colorful, stylishly furnished country house where you live throughout the year.

    Its owners and designers, at the same time, may have similar associations when they chose this place to live and planned to add to their appearance in a few years, a dozen or so, and probably longer. The whole family fell in love with the Kashubian factions. Since then, the village has changed a lot. On the one hand, for the worse, because the land plowed under the land plots has irrevocably lost its naturalness, and on the other, for the better, because residents take more care of their homes and detours. - Pagodas and lakes.

    I have seen how a huge number of feathers, twigs and other accessories of a bird's nest were removed from the samovar of a Russian stove during cleaning, in addition to soot. I saw whole bricks that fell into the outlet of the pipe and completely blocked the outlet with smoke. Do not be frightened by the black smudges that appeared from the place where the view is located during your first heating. Most often this happens due to the fact that the stove has not been used for a long time, it is overgrown with soot, the stove-maker can easily eliminate the latter.

    In addition to knitting with passion, he also works in the garden. He sells his work online and in Warsaw galleries. Modern house rather, it should be a synthesis of tradition and modernity. For help in finding a project for such a house, we asked you, Stanivski, who are planning to move from city to village. Janusz Kaczorek - “Without a Home” expert, architect, studio owner.

    Housing: only 6% of respondents decided to invest in a home in the city. The project is located in the village of Kamissko, in the area of Zelenka Landscape Park. The village is located 25 km from Poznan. The investment area is characterized by low level development of buildings and direct access to forest areas.

    After the first firebox, dampness may appear in the house, the phenomenon is also common, and it will take a week or two before the oven itself and the room warm up. It will take several furnaces to warm up the furnace itself, because the brick has accumulated a lot of moisture over the years (!). A well-heated stove will quickly melt, and the firewood in it will crackle merrily when stoking.
    I will not dwell on other advantages and disadvantages of the house being bought. But I will say that the cracked floor is a trifle compared to a thin roof. On the roof, and even on the laying of the stove, it will take a lot of your time, because you cannot live in the house without them, the rest can be done without haste, as much as you can.

    Settle in a garden with loose trees, shrubs, and leaf shavings. The garden was located right in front of the porch and home discounts were given added value in the form cross section facade. Modern postmodern is inexhaustible - the source of the necessary building materials - clay and stone. The house is small, there is only one in the outline of the first floor. Families with small children are encouraged, and in addition, the small space can be adapted to meet the special needs of the disabled or the elderly.

    Assembly under one roof of all rooms. Marcin is a designer specializing in the renovation of old abandoned buildings. We are building a bath ...

    The construction of a village toilet is a mandatory job for any owner of a summer house or suburban area that is not equipped with centralized communications. This is one of the first tasks that will have to be solved literally on the first day of stay in the country or in the village. It is not too difficult to build a toilet in a village, the technology has been developed enough to make it quite convenient for use, comfortable and beautiful.

    We more and more discouraged Joseph Flavius at Piaseczno, who became deeper and deeper in this settlement. After a few years, since we lived there in a small segment, the number of people living in the city has grown many times over. The way home We decided to get out.

    Options for the construction of village and country toilets

    When deciding how to build a toilet in the village, it is necessary to figure out in advance its placement on the territory. The distance to a reservoir, a well or a well should be at least 25 meters, and it is better to make it larger in order to ensure that drains do not get into the water used for drinking. In addition, it should stand no less than a meter from the neighbor's fence, and the wind rose should be such that an unpleasant smell does not interfere with anyone.

    They chose a charming village near Wroclaw, a well-preserved Baroque church, old manor farms and flows next to the Odra. Laura Ashley referred to her nineteenth-century designs from the time of Queen Victoria in her drawings and is the middle name for her neo-Victorian style. The designer's career began in the early years.

    It seems to be a rational accompaniment at home. I like the derived self-sufficiency of the farm. On the one hand, collecting all rooms under one roof. Now she knew that now she could do something for herself. Building a house became a real challenge for me and even more fun.

    How to build a toilet in the village? There are several options, and each has certain advantages:

    • The classic solution is a toilet with cesspool, the wastewater from which is periodically pumped out using a sewage machine. This is the simplest solution and will take the least amount of time to build. However, a simple house with a hole in the floor is not very convenient to use, and now there are many more modern solutions.
    • Powder closet. A more modern option that will avoid unpleasant odors and problems with constant pumping. In this case, the cesspool is replaced by a sealed container, and the waste that gets into it is sprinkled with sawdust each time. It is because of this that the structure got its name. Organic waste water decomposes and gradually turns into fertilizer, which can be sent to a compost heap and further used to feed plants.
    • A dry closet is another modern solution familiar to many city dwellers. This is also a sealed booth, isolated from environment... Organic waste is processed by special bacteria, which makes the process completely safe for the ecology of the site and protects groundwater... The result of processing is fertilizer, which is also suitable for subsequent use.
    • A chemical toilet works according to a similar principle, but in this case, processing is at the expense of chemical substances, and the waste waste cannot be used on site.

    The options are unequal in cost: a simple toilet with a cesspool can be built literally from scrap materials, and a dry closet stall will be quite expensive.

    The bedroom has been adapted into the attic of a one-story cottage. It is so spacious that in addition to bedding, bedding and dressing table there is a comfortable dressing room with a spacious wardrobe and a large armchair. From part of the bedroom, it symbolically separates it from the air.

    Our plan was to order a wooden skeleton of a house from one of the companies, and when it was ready, finish it using the economic system. Unfortunately, the financial conditions presented by us by the company performing such houses were absolutely not for us. A place where the owners could rest when they arrived at the house. The owners did not want the briya to dominate the environment. He had to harmonize with nature.

    The process of building a conventional toilet in a village

    Work begins with drawings: it is necessary to draw a general view of the house, think over its dimensions and install it on the foundation. How to build a toilet in a village: the scheme includes the house itself, foundation blocks, a roof, a platform with a seat, etc. The standard depth of the cesspool is at least 1-1.5 m, it has a square shape with a side size of 1 meter.

    Minimalist house in an old stable

    The adaptation of old, often forgotten buildings to residential buildings is no longer surprised. The houses were built in former barns, train stations and even churches.

    Construction cost: usually higher than the cost

    One of the most frequently cited reasons why the Poles decided to build a house was the transition from town to village.

    The village and city of Mr. Tu's things could not stand

    Kazia and Tom have been looking for the perfect house or apartment in the city for three years - without success. A visit to a small but picturesque companion changed everything. They saw the house in which they both fell in love. We decided to move to the village.

    Renovation of an old house: a wooden house at the end of the world

    At the edge of the village, on a slope on a pond, is old house... Partly wooden, partly brick.

    You must first install the foundation blocks, and then, after the concrete hardens, dig a hole. It is desirable to concreted the bottom of the cesspool, the walls are reinforced with mesh or other materials so that the soil does not crumble. Sometimes ready-made concrete rings are installed in it, which are connected with a solution.

    For the foundation, pits up to 70 cm deep are dug, asbestos-cement pipes are installed in them, which must be filled with concrete by a third. After that, vertical pillars of the frame are installed in them, and concrete is poured to the top of the pipe. Care must be taken to ensure that the support posts are vertical.

    When the base is dry, a lower rail from a bar with a crossbar is installed on it in the place of the future installation of the toilet seat. The upper ends of the vertical bar are connected with an upper strapping taking into account the installation pitched roof... Further actions:

    1. The finished frame is sheathed with wall material: the total height of the space inside should be about 3 meters, a board or large sheets of moisture-resistant plywood is usually used for the walls.
    2. The roof is being installed. For it, you can choose metal or slate, these are fairly cheap materials with which you can easily attach the roof.
    3. The construction of a toilet in the village involves the installation of a platform made of smooth polished boards, a seat with a hole is mounted in it. The final stage of construction is the installation of a door with a small frosted glass window: it will avoid darkness inside.

    To build a rustic toilet with maximum comfort, you can conduct light into it or install a street lamp near the entrance to the house. The external design can be very different: in order to make it pleasant to enter the house, you need to take care of the external cladding, in addition, it is imperative to keep the room completely clean.

    Ivanovich A.

    I also built a house in the suburbs. Not right away. At first, as expected, I just bought the site. Fenced off. Smart people prompted: "Issue a building passport and electricity, do not hesitate." And what to draw up, after all, there is nothing? It doesn't matter, they say. Design a standard set - a house, a bathhouse, a utility block, a toilet. Well, I started.

    It was in 1999. The regional center with all authorities is 80 km from Moscow. First I went there, then he drove everyone in his car to his village and paid for everything himself - architecture, sanitary and epidemiological station, firefighters.

    We are posting a response to " personal experience"our reader"Having bought a house, I became an enemy of the state". - ed.

    The house was built in the village, at the back. What can you watch there. On the plot I received, they used to mow the grass and graze goats. There were no sewers, no cables. Well, it must be so.

    I received my passport 6 months later. It was not very expensive, five thousand rubles. Issued those. conditions for connecting to electricity. Slowly, the house began to be built - as the necessary funds became available.

    And finally, in 2005, the construction was completed. The house is ordinary, small, wooden - country house. I didn't want to draw up anything else.

    But, looking on TV at those cases when in our dear beloved state, they can easily be kicked out of their homes, if someone wants to build a high-speed toll road through your plot, breaking your building and not paying you a penny for the inflicted damage, I decided to start the paperwork for putting the house into operation. So that if something happens ...

    In general, I want to honestly pay taxes to the state for my property and get at least some guarantees. Yes, and the pension is coming soon, after all, I will not master the second construction site, or maybe I just don’t have enough time.

    And then it turned out that those. the conditions for connecting electricity are valid for only a year.

    I stuck to re-register the electricity - dear mom! Now there are not three organizations, but eight, and all need to be coordinated, the acts must be drawn up and, most importantly, everyone must be taken out and paid. This is just to look at the pole, with wires connected by our local artisan electrician, who in our village has connected everyone like me. And money had fallen in price by this time (or, on the contrary, did prices rise?).

    It turned out that the electricity we had had already been distributed for a long time and there was no supply. But if you really need ..., then for 1000 green for one kilowatt, you will be connected without problems. I need 4 kilowatts. Count yourself.

    How this electricity appears from the air, if it is not there, is not clear. Maybe for my money they will lead me a new line?

    Unlikely. Somehow we managed to solve this problem.

    Thinking that the most difficult thing is already over, I set up to slowly begin the paperwork for the house. Remembering that I issued a construction passport in just 6 months, and remembering the location of the coordinating organizations in the local town, I decided that I had nowhere to rush, because I’m not selling the house, but on the contrary I’m making out for myself. And I was wrong again. It turns out that coordinating organizations are like people, with good conditions begin to multiply actively. Here is a list of some organizations and terms: BTI - 2.5 months, Architecture - 3 months, Sanitary and Epidemiological Station (managed to split into two coordinating organizations) - 4 months, Firefighters (managed to split into two coordinating organizations) - 3 months, regional administration, village administration (the last two managed to issue quickly - they were lucky).

    How to cheaply build a house with your own hands in a suburban area

    At the same time, again, everyone was taken out - taken away in their own car, asking for leave from work for the whole day. And everyone has their own claims. But how, after all, everything was all right?

    The construction passport was signed by the same organizations, the same people. It turned out that my passport had expired for a long time. It is valid for only 3 years. Some openly hinted at their tiny salary, which supposedly would be less than the current pension of rural pensioners. True, looking at their sleek faces and jewelry on their fingers and ears, it was somehow difficult to believe in it.

    I tried to say something about a simplified design option, but in response they only smiled and promised that everything would be even more complicated.

    Well, the state does not want to receive our taxes! Others want to.

    And now more than 15,000 rubles have already been paid. (where according to documents, and where without - for acceleration). There is very little left - to take some kind of certificate from the BTI and you can run to the registration chamber. And that's all. Phew! Yes, it was not there. It turned out that we were not on time. What is the deadline, where is the hurry? Necessary! Everything is thought out for us. It turns out that an extract from the BTI is valid only for 1 year. Did not have time - everything is new. And pay a new one. And there are legends about the registration chamber: people celebrate there for months, and in the last days, when the line comes up, many even spend the night there (in their cars).

    God forbid - if you are late or overslept - they will be thrown out of the list, and you will not prove anything, it is profitable for many to get through as soon as possible. I had to look for an assistant. They have it all. For a small amount (about 4 thousand green) in four months, everything will be fully formalized for you.

    And no one will come to you, no one needs to be taken out and shown. Everything is done in absentia.

    Nowhere to go, I had to take it. But I have already done a lot, so we agreed on a cheaper one. Another month passed and, finally, thanks to the assistant, I received the long-awaited documents. Now I will pay taxes and live in peace.

    Only here is the problem? Maybe I shouldn't have done all this? I heard from someone that our Duma, because of great concern for the people, is going to adopt a law that the land tax in the region will be 8,000 rubles. per hundred square meters. If this is so, then maybe it is better to quickly sell everything from sin, while others have not yet realized?

    Village house layout

    2 70721-02-2017, 11: 07fars01

    Own cozy home in the village - the dream of many people. First, you need to decide what the internal layout of the house will be, and only then you should start creating the project itself.

    Village house layout

    House project creation:

    First you need to choose a site. When it is selected, it must be formalized with the local government.

    How to build your house in the village?

    Next, you need to create a project at home (who cannot do it himself - turns to the designers). It is extremely important: if there are other buildings on the site (besides the house itself), they must also be displayed in the project. Is the project ready? Submit for approval to the authorities. Only after the approval of the authorities can the construction begin. We must not forget about the norms for the location of the building on the site (distance to the fence, the distance between buildings, etc.).

    Site planning

    House construction planning:

    The basic stages have been passed, however, construction is also an important stage, at which many difficulties will arise. And a lot depends on how well thought out the project is. In this regard, it is best to hire professional specialists for the design, who will immediately make the project competently and draw up the specification.

    Usually the whole house is built by one firm, and such firms often provide the customer with ready-made standard, time-tested projects. If an order for construction is made from this particular company, they can give the project to the customer as a gift - a common practice.

    Before laying the foundation, it is necessary to compare the layout of the house and its area. Here you need to decide on such things as:

      the height of the house and the number of floors, the height of the ceilings;

      pipe communications (water supply, heating, sewerage);

      dimensions of the garage (if needed);

      the size of the terrace;

      parameters of additional buildings not related to the house;

      ways of approaching and approaching the house.

    House construction planning

    Internal layout of the house:

      location of premises;

      location of risers and pipe loungers;

      type, parameters and number of windows / doors;

      if there is, the dimensions of the extension and its location relative to the house;

      the thickness and material of the walls (insulation, fire protection, etc.).

    For the implementation of the project today there are many special drawing programs. AutoCad, Compass, 3D Max. However, if the customer himself is not a professional designer in the field of village houses, it is still better to turn to specialists for a project. This ultimately saves money and time.

    Internal layout of the house

    Professional designers will make a project according to any individual wishes of the customer. The house is being built for comfort. And it is a competent, good and well thought-out project that is the basis of the dream house.

    So - you are looking for a house in the village. Not very far and very inexpensive. So that the road does not take up most of the weekend. So that you can live there. At least in the summer. And all the village pleasures - air, woods, fishing, flowers ... And so that it would be worth within ... let's say - 350 thousand rubles.

    Country house projects and layouts

    What and how much can you get? What should you pay attention to?

    Houses of this price category are usually classic Russian log huts in the suburbs of Moscow or in neighboring regions, built 50-80 years ago. Often - with all the village "infrastructure" - a barn, a barn, or the so-called "yard", directly adjacent to a residential blockhouse. Age 50-80 years means that the house was built either after civil war, or after the Patriotic War, i.e., to put it modern language, in difficult economic and social conditions. Therefore, a decent foundation for such houses, and even more so for outbuildings, is rare. Often they built without a foundation at all - "on dimes". Cement was in great shortage. It may happen that a 90-year-old house has survived better than a 50-year-old one. Because it was built in another country, in different conditions. It was worth a lot, for a long time, in the calculation of a large family. Often, at first glance, a sturdy house with the "correct geometry" may require significant repairs already in the first years of your ownership. In addition to rotten crowns, you may face defeat wooden structures wood sawfly. There are times when a seemingly sturdy house is literally eaten by a beetle. The defeat can be localized in the basement - the floor, floor, lower rims are corroded from the inside. Pay attention to the roof. If the integrity of the roof is compromised, it is possible that repairs will be required. rafter system... Do not let the area of auxiliary buildings inspire you. A peasant house, built more for survival than for recreation. Therefore, the area of a residential block could be several times smaller than the "yard". But the destruction of the courtyard and outbuildings is usually greater than that of a residential blockhouse. And you have to restore all this. Or demolish and take out, and this is also a cost. As a rule, having invested a lot of money in a purchase, we value it and take care of it. Moreover, if we are buying a house. After even a relatively successful purchase, you run the risk of constantly investing considerable funds and efforts in the maintenance and restoration of the old house. After two or three years, you may find that the investment has exceeded the purchase price and the money spent is quite enough to build a new home. A house, on the support of which you will spend much less effort and money and which will be 100% yours - from the idea to the last nail. Therefore, when starting your search, evaluate this option as well.

    Perhaps the best way out for you is to buy a plot with a house for demolition with the expectation of building a new one. You can start construction at a low cost - for example, put a bathhouse with a small living compartment. Now Novgorod houses from the city of Pestovo have become very popular, they are not very expensive, with enough good quality... Treat the task like a pragmatic investor - estimate costs for the entire period of ownership and take into account market value Your new asset in perspective.

    What is the best way to build a house in the countryside (in the village)?

    What is the best way to build a house in the countryside: brick, wood, or something else?

    Your options and arguments.

    I will not give many arguments, I will proceed from my desires and preferences. I really love beauty, but environmental friendliness plays an important role for me. Everyone knows perfectly well how beautiful houses from a calibrated bar look. It's just candy, especially if you also apply a drop of imagination. Not so long ago, I intensively rummaged on the Internet to look for any alternative construction options and studied their characteristics very meticulously. After several days of searching, I still came to the conclusion that better than brick and no one invented a tree... Many of today's cheaper options have very serious drawbacks if you look deeper. No sandwiches, blocks, frames can replace the good old brick and wood. Personally, if I specifically mean the countryside, I prefer houses made of any wooden materials, be it a calibrated beam, just rough logs (which of course can later be decorated with whatever you like (by the way, the facade is often made of different color bricks, it looks very good). The wooden house "breathes", it is warm. Brick does not have these qualities, but it does not burn and is more durable. Here, as they say, it tastes like color.

    A house for a rural area can be built from anything. You just need to consider the availability of the material. In our area, most houses are built from adobe. This is the most accessible material.

    You can give a lot of arguments and arguments in favor of a particular project, but in any case, everything depends on costs.

    Material price for construction, delivery methods and costs. The presence of construction crews who are able to work with this or that material.

    How to build a house in a village?

    Again, you need to take into account the climatic conditions of the area.

    And already based on this, you can select the best option.

    If the house is in a village, then it must be made of ecological material. Wood and clay work best.

    Houses made of clay, unfortunately, have long gone out of fashion, no one makes them now: they do not look modern, building it is not an easy task, you need experience, knowledge of many subtleties, secrets, in general - traditions. Why "Unfortunately"? Because you feel very comfortable in a clay house, this house "breathes", it is always fresh and good in it. Ideally, the floor in such a house should also be made of clay.

    Well, a well-built clay house is worth 150 years and more, it is very strong and durable. Earthen houses, which are about a thousand years old, have survived in Europe. It is a pity that now no one delves into the intricacies of building houses from clay. These houses are not built as quickly as houses made of logs or bricks. But there are also picky and prudent people who dream of high-quality and environmentally friendly housing.

    One of the features of clay houses is the natural regulation of air humidity, which in such houses is at a level that can be called the most comfortable for a person: 40-60%. With such humidity, there is almost no dust in the house, which is a very important hygienic factor.

    Clay does not cause allergies, which means that the health of the residents is preserved in such a house.

    Another wonderful property of clay is to absorb substances and odors.

    Clay is "friendly" with other environmentally friendly materials such as wood. Wood placed in clay is, as it were, "preserved" and not exposed to the environment.

    Clay can be reused almost one hundred percent, that is, when dismantling a clay structure, clay can be reused.

    Clay houses are eco-friendly and comfortable, but may not look as modern as wooden ones.

    A kind of clay houses - adobe houses, that is, built from adobe. Saman is a homemade building brick made on the basis of clay and straw.

    If we compare the well-being of a person in houses made of clay and adobe, then I would prefer a house made of clay.

    It is always more expensive to build in the village than in the city, because there are no construction organizations where you can hire a crane for several lifts, there is no such a large selection of building materials and any nail and board must be transported from the city, a large length of communications from the tie-in to the house. And therefore my opinion is to build a house in the village for permanent residence Better from the material that is more affordable and cheaper in the area, if you are a villager and you have no goal of throwing money down the drain and impressing the locals with exotic building materials. Build from what everyone builds from, and it will be cheap and cheerful. The village people are calculating and practical because every penny is hard to get, so take an example from them. If you live where there is a lot of forest and there is a woodworking plant nearby, then of course you need to build it from wood. If you have a brick factory or a plant for the production of foam blocks nearby and carry bricks close, then build from bricks, it will be cheaper than carrying other, even seemingly cheaper, material from afar. Everything will do, from natural stone and reinforced concrete to wood concrete and adobe, because the locals live in similar houses and live beautifully. Do not discount the possibility of "freebies". It's not such a big secret that at any enterprise in the construction industry you can buy some materials for almost nothing at the price of defective material, but the locals will tell you the ways of acquiring again. And it is not necessary in our time of universal chemicalization of life to be mistaken about the environmental friendliness of wooden houses. What is environmentally friendly does not look as beautiful as in the picture, and what has undergone industrial processing is no longer as environmentally friendly as it is painted in advertising brochures. But you can't deceive - you can't sell. All sorts of different impregnations and treatments, adhesives, flame retardants, etc. do not add environmental friendliness to the home, but give aesthetics. And compared to what we eat and drink, talking about the environmental friendliness of building materials is generally ridiculous.

    Recently, residential buildings made of natural, hand-hewn or mechanically rounded logs or mechanically cut timber have become fashionable. Yes, I also like such houses and outbuildings, but there are many inconveniences that must be taken into account when building them, for example, five or ten-year shrinkage of a tree together with a lining of natural materials, therefore, it is not immediately recommended to live in such houses, because it is necessary to insert windows and doors into openings with large gaps, and this does not contribute to the preservation of heat. Many of my acquaintances had to replace window and door blocks two or three times during the entire time the house was shrinking.

    Since my profession is related to the design of residential buildings, I started looking for an alternative to solid wood and found - GLUED BAR. This is a glued profiled building material made of the same wood, made from individual boards (lamellas), conifers, folded in packages that are glued together along a plane. The material has a lot of advantages - stability (deformation is excluded), the possibility of producing large and stable structures, minimum shrinkage (1-2%), no cracking, fire resistant, high thermal insulation, strong and durable, smooth surface quality, minimal amount of glue in comparison with others building materials(OSB, chipboard, etc.) And what a variety of shapes and sizes when designing houses and other buildings! In general, I fell in love with this product and began to design from it for customers from different countries... I advise everyone to get acquainted with laminated veneer lumber, and if you build your house from it, you will not regret it.

    Wood is, of course, environmentally friendly and good, but in my opinion there is one more type of material that deserves attention. Foam concrete (or aerated concrete)! Quite cheap material, there is no "dew point", it is sold in large enough "bricks", which means they can be built quickly. In addition, if there is engineering potential, then after reading a little on the Internet, you can make an installation for the production of foam concrete with your own hands. It is well processed (even an ordinary hacksaw takes), and in the presence of various forms for pouring, specialized blocks can be made, instead of which in other cases something would have to be fenced. In addition, a house built from this material turns out to be "breathing", and this is also not unimportant. The temperature transmission coefficient is lower than that of ordinary bricks, which will give warmth in winter and coolness in summer. Of the minuses - there is no possibility to build tall buildings (if I am not mistaken above 5 floors, there is a different meaning for each type), since its strength is lower, but for rural areas, I think you will not face this limitation.

    In rural areas, if this is not a summer house for temporary stay and rest, it is better to build a house in domestic conditions strong and reliable, so that it would be like a fortress. Therefore, no matter how much I would like to live in an environmentally friendly, beautiful and light wooden house, personally, I will prefer a stone house with an iron roof.

    Again, I repeat, if you live on a permanent basis, have a car, garage, farm, fenced area, then it is better to experience a sense of reliability and strength, especially in the countryside.

    And in the village, the owner of a stone house with a shiny galvanized roof will be seen from afar and respected.

    Personally, I am only for wood (the most environmentally friendly material). And I am exclusively for log house(not squared).

    Firstly, log houses look very beautiful, and secondly, they are more durable than log houses (not much, but still).

    Anyone else, but not for me more beautiful at home than a house made of logs.

    As an option - a brick house (it will stand for such a long time), but brick houses I do not like.

    In general, I am for wooden houses(log).

    Here is what beauty, right there we are:

    I can say for sure that the most warm house- this is a house made of uncylinded logs!

    And the most beautiful of the rounded ribs, but such a house will no longer be so warm, since during the cylindering the warmest peripheral part is cut off, and the core is left, and it is porous and often cracks when dried.

    A house from a bar in the countryside is what you need! Stone and brick are enough for us in the city too.

    And if you really want to, then from the outside of the house you can install a ventilated facade under a stone.

    Here is a photo of our summer cottage in the process of installing such a facade (from my family archive):

    I am for a log house or from a bar. Still, wood is the most environmentally friendly material, and in the countryside you need to enjoy fresh air. Yes, and it is faster to build such houses, plus the walls inside can not be finished with anything.
