    2. Rinse the chicken liver and also boil it in salted water until fully cooked - 15-20 minutes after boiling the water. Then cut the large pieces into smaller ones.

    3. Heat the frying oil in a frying pan. Chop the peeled onion finely enough and transfer to a frying pan, fry over low heat until golden brown, remembering to stir.

    4. Put the yolks, pieces of liver, fried onions in a bowl.

    5. Season everything with mayonnaise, add a little salt and any spices to taste. You can add black ground pepper, coriander.

    6. It is better to grind to a pasty state with a blender. Although, if desired, you can leave small pieces. And you can add fried onions to the already prepared pasta from the liver and yolks.

    7. You can fill the egg halves with a teaspoon, but it will be better and more accurate if you take a culinary bag - fabric or silicone. Fill it with stuffing.

    1. Cut off the film from the liver, cut out the veins and ducts. If this is a pork offal, then soak it in milk for half an hour beforehand. Then there will be no bitterness in it. After the liver, rinse, cut into pieces and put in a saucepan.


    2. Peel, wash and cut carrots with onions.


    3. Send carrots to the pan to the liver, add bay leaf, peppercorns and peeled garlic cloves. Fill with drinking water and put on the stove to boil.


    4. Boil, reduce the temperature to a minimum and cook food for half an hour.


    5. In the meantime, chop the vegetable oil in a frying pan and put the chopped onion. Sauté it until transparent over medium heat.


    6. When the liver and carrots are cooked, remove them from the pan, put them in a sieve so that all excess liquid is glassed.


    7. Install a meat grinder with a medium rack and twist the liver, carrots and onions. Put the butter, season with salt and ground pepper and mix well.


    8. By this time, hard-boil the eggs. To do this, put them in a saucepan, fill with cold water and boil. Then reduce the temperature to a minimum and cook for 10 minutes. Transfer to ice water and leave for 20-30 minutes to cool completely. This process is very important, especially for stuffed eggs. Because cold water makes it easy to peel the eggs to keep them nice.
    After removing the shell from them, cut the eggs in half and remove the yolk. The yolk is not needed in this recipe, I used it for another dish.


    9. Stuff the eggs with liver pate, garnish with herbs, grated yolk, cranberries or pomegranates and serve.
