General industrial type pressure transmittersMBS 3000
The compact pressure sensor type MBS 3000 is designed for use in almost all types of industrial equipment and provides reliable pressure measurement even in the most adverse conditions
exploitation. The compact pressure transmitter type MBS 3050 for heavy duty applications with built-in pulsation damper is intended for use in hydraulic systems with
harsh conditions of the working environment (cavitation, water hammer, sudden pressure surges) and provides reliable pressure measurement even in the most adverse operating conditions.
Wide, flexible range of pressure transmitters provide output signals of various types and measurement of absolute and gauge (relative) pressure in the ranges from 0 - 1 to 0 - 600 bar. There is a wide range of process connection options and electrical connection... Exceptional vibration resistance, robust construction, high degree EMC and EMI protection ensure that pressure transmitters meet the most stringent industrial requirements.

Operating and working environment conditions for MBS 3050 sensors
Operating conditions
Changes in the flow rate of the working fluid in hydraulic systems, for example, when quickly closing valves or starting and stopping pumps, can cause cavitation, water hammer and sudden pressure surges.
These phenomena can occur both at the inlet and at the outlet of the sensor even at relatively low operating pressures.
Working environment conditions
The presence of contaminants in the fluid can clog the nozzle orifice. Installing the sensor in a strictly vertical position allows
minimize the risk of clogging. The viscosity of the working medium does not significantly affect the reaction time. Even with viscosities up to 100 cSt, the response time will not exceed 4 ms.
