    I came to work in a state educational institution, not even in a private company, and even more so, not to someone in the "maids" - but it feels like you are in a serf estate or on a slave plantation, where everything depends on the "will of the owner ".
    I have repeatedly turned to the director in my memos with a request to give me the opportunity to continue working with the group with which I have developed good, creative relations (I will not name the group now - and so many people know) - but my statements by the director were ignored. Students signed the address to the director - but the director also ignored their requests - who are they for the "supreme deity"?
    On June 27, 2019, six parents of this student group came to the director on this issue.     In this group, on the 2nd year, all the teachers who continue to read the disciplines, except me, remained. The director has one desire - to hurt me! As the master had a clerk, so the director has "faithful servants" - I apologize, but how to name a person, for the sake of pleasing someone who is ready to sign what he is not supposed to sign, and accuse his employee of chauvinism for justly made remarks a student of non-Russian nationality? ! Chauvinisme) - "ideology, the essence of which is the preaching of national superiority in order to substantiate the" right "to discrimination, exploitation and oppression of other peoples."
