The user is prohibited from replacing the power cable by himself. When replacing the electrical cable, only use a 3x0.75 mm2 cable with an outer diameter of no more than 8 mm.

Before proceeding with the installation of the Ferroli Diva gas boiler, check that the diaphragm used is correct and that the maximum permissible length is not exceeded, using a simple calculation for this:

Finalize the layout of the split ductwork, including accessories and outlet headers.

Determine the loss in meq (equivalent meters) for each component based on its location.

Check that the total resistance value is less than or equal to the maximum allowable value.

If it is required to connect the boiler to a collective chimney or to a separate chimney with natural draft, such chimneys must be designed by a professional specialist in compliance with the requirements of the current legislation and must be designed to work with units with a closed combustion chamber and a fan.

In particular, such chimneys must have the following characteristics:

Have dimensions calculated in accordance with current regulations.

Ensure tightness and no leakage of combustion products, be resistant to combustion products and temperature, be impervious to condensation.

Be round or square, run vertically and free from bottlenecks.

Have chimneys that ensure the removal of hot combustion products at the required distance from flammable materials or their isolation from them.

Be connected to no more than one unit per floor.

Only be connected to one type of machine (all must be either forced draft or natural draft).

Do not have mechanical suction in the main air ducts.

Have a negative pressure along the entire length in stationary operation.

Have at its base a chamber for collecting solid residues or condensate, equipped with a hermetically sealed metal inspection hatch.
